Hi Caroline, I have always had it in the back of my mind what your motives were, now I know, you are will chasing, as you are well aware the person in question is a relation of mine, I am also well aware as he will also admit that your husband is his son, he has never denied that fact. Where is your husband, why have you been consistently being fighting his battles, why not fight it for himself. Irish law like British law is very simple, make a will, leave it to the cats and dogs home and that is it. I have contacted the person involved and advised him of his legal situation, if he makes a will and I am sure he already has or in the light of the situation you have brought up, I am sure he will, there will not be any legal situation. I think you are well aware he is supporting his sister who is in care, not a cheap exercise, he is paying a lot for her care, and he is much admired for his consideration. I think you have actually shot yourself in the foot. to be forwarned is to be prepared. Brendan
