Looking for any help from listers who may have connections to my Talbot line. From irishgenealogy.ie I have found a marriage of Richard Talbot to Catherine Howard 24 Aug 1796. Unfortunately address, parents etc are all NR. Priest was listed as Rev D Dwyer & witnesses were Archibald Howard & Patrick Day. Robert Talbert, date of birth 22 Mar 1808, Spa, Father Richard Talbert, Mother Catherine Howard, Sponsors John Brown, Mary Louny, Priest Rev M Prindiville Richard Talbott, date of birth 22 Jul 1810, Derrymore, Father Richard Talbott, Mother Catherine Howard, Sponsors Gerard Sears & Mary Gorman, Priest Rev J McDonogh Ann Talbot, date of birth 13 Jul 1812, Glanrahily, Father Richard Talbot, Mother Catherine Howard, Sponsors Henry Wild & Ann Talbot, Priest Rev J Tuomy I found all these under the heading : Area - KERRY (RC) Parish/Church/Congregation - TRALEE. I assume they are all thru St Johns RC in Tralee.  I am not familiar with Glanrahily, I know where the others are. Any help greatly appreciated Larry Talbot in mild Wisconsin, USA

I accidentally sent this response this morning just to Larry Talbot instead of the whole group. Just in case there are other Talbots around . . . I have a Talbot married to a Howard, but it doesn't seem like it will be much help to you: John (X?) Talbot b 1601 Longford Hall, England; d 8 Feb 1654, Wardour Castle, England married Frances Arundel Howard b 1614 Wardour Castle, England; d 1652 Tismore, Oxfordshire, England Their descendent Matthew Talbot went to Maryland from England in 1720, then to Lynchburg Virginia. Further down the line (after someone moving to Illinois), their descendent moved to Texas, and one of them married a man who fought in the battle of San Jacinto. Not exactly your "County Kerry" route.
