Yes it was a massive shake but thankfully no people casualties that we know of at this stage - plenty of damage to buildings etc. It has been described as 7.4 magnitude, centred 30km west of Christchurch and 33km deep. Aftershocks are still happening 90 mins later and even as I write this. Crockery and other damage to our house but nothing serious. There goes another one (aftershock).
