hi I'm not sure if anyone can advice what legal position would someone be in if they found their legal father and he had amended his birth cert and had a DNA test done through the Irish courts. If he passed away and was not married or had any other children would they be entitled to his father's estate? Has anyone else had this situation it is difficult as they don't live in Ireland thanks
