Ray I have a spare room, but you might want to note that the wonderful sunny South has been hit hard by the winter this year as well. We are recovering from another (2nd this year) freeze from 32 deg. weather, and one as low as 28 deg. We are in the warm back up, stage now. The good part is that we have no snow and no shoveling.
