    1. Otherdays & My Family Tree Maker - same ISP problem
    2. Since I never joined Otherdays, I haven't had this problem with them. However, with My Family Treemaker I have the same problem. I can no longer gain access to my web page to update it because I no longer have the internet provider I had when I first started with My Family Treemaker. It has me royally ticked off. I have sent several e-mails detailing my problem and always get an automated reply that tells me how to get to my new web page which I don't want. Anyone else have this problem? Did you get it fixed?
