oops list Topic: A discussion list for anyone with a genealogical, cultural or historical interest in County Galway, Ireland. ANYTHING that concerns or relates to County Galway and its' ties to Ireland and the rest of the world, whether it be genealogy, culture, history, folklore, mythology, heritage, tradition, religion, pedigrees, lineage, ancestry, places, things, individuals, families or groups of people, are topics for discussion on the list. Surname queries are certainly welcomed, but the list is wide open to whatever topic/s the participants choose to embark on as long as the central theme tends to relate to Galway.
