Civil registration of all births, marriages, and deaths began in 1864 (Protestant marriages began earlier). The Web site for the General Registry Office, groireland.ie, explains the fees if you go through it. However, you can save some money by finding the entries in the indexes, which have been filmed by the LDS, then asking the GRO to send a copy of the actual registration, based on the information in the index.
