Forms for ordering photocopies from LDS films can be downloaded from the familysearch.org Web site. Unfortunately, this morning I can't navigate through the site to get to the page for ordering forms. However, you can e-mail [email protected] and someone can tell you how. For the Irish civil records, you want the form entitled Request for Photocopies--Census Records, Books, Microfilm, or Microfiche. Fill out both sides of the form, including General Microfilm or Microfiche, where you should note the film numbers, individual's name, type of record, date, place, volume, and page. Of course, you can order the film itself, too, but at $5.50 per film versus $2 per photocopy, the film is cheaper only if you want 3 or more items per roll. Diane
