I, too, am researching the Norton (Naughton) family. My grandfather was John Robert Norton, who migrated from Ireland to Boston in 1887 but ultimately ended up in NYC. He is said to have lived near a "British barracks" in Galway City. Census and other records reveal birth dates ranging from 1862 to 1866, but I know little about his background and cannot find him on LDS passenger lists. Pat Baltimore, MD
