Diane, I'd forgotten about the index on familysearch and actually have used it a lot. More recently just seem to have gotten a blank page for the pilot, so have done some searching on the ifhf.brsgenealogy/irishroots site, which has been helpful in narrowing some things down. I am in the process of writing to the contact people for various cemeteries in the area, which would include Co. Galway, and will call others who might know. The time we had for conversation was way too short and ran the gamut, but some important questions just didn't get asked. I did get to hear some juicy stories that have helped flesh out my subjects though, so am not complaining. Sheila
