Cathy, I hope you have a solution to the issue by now.  I too had a problem logging onto the site once , but got great customer service.  I've had good luck generally with finding information, but I do find that the downloads are frequently very slow and the search engine is inconsistent.  As an experiment, I searched for an exact phrase that appeared in an article I'd already found. But then that  particular article  did not appear in the search res ults!   My advice is to use different combinations and variations in your search and be patient.  It's a good deal, for the money.  Good luck.
