The actual death registration often has more information than the registration you get on line. For example, I got an on-line death registration that didn't include the cause of death, but the registration I got from the GRO did. See groireland.ie for more on what's included. Diane

Minish is probably Mweenish (Mainis) island, now connected to the mainland at Carna by a bridge. There are still Barretts around there.
