I have a favour to ask of SKS who has access to the British Newspapers on line. Here in Canada, I have no way to check without some sort of subscription, but would like to see an article in the Daily Post, Monday Aug 31, 1724 referring to James Figg. Would it be possible for someone to look up the article and send me a copy. I am looking for the report by the Master of the Rolls on the Amphitheatre that James Figg built at the back of his residence without permission of his landlord. There was a hearing in front of the Master of the Rolls in 1724 and I am looking for more information on the construction of the amphitheatre and possibly the address.
