    3. Gillian, You can print of a form to get a cert here: http://www.groireland.ie/apply_for_a_cert.htm The address is on the forms you will print out. I request a photocopy. It is the cheapest way to get a cert. If you have the reference it will help them find what you want. You can send them a credit card number. I am ordering today and my husband got a "shop safe" number to use from our credit card company. A lot of banks do this now for safer online shopping. We put enough to cover the Euros with a little extra in case of change. They don't take checks unless drawn on an Irish bank. Just put in Euro exchange rate into a Google search. There are a lot of sites where you can get a conversion done. It was abt 1.25 Euros to a dollar yesterday.
