James BELLEWE sometime Sheriff of Dublin departed this mortal life the 13th of February 1635 and was buried the 18th of the Month in St James Church Yard near Dublin, he had to Wife Mary daughter of John CHAPMAN Gent by whom he had issue 3 Sons and a Daughter Viz. Arthur, Edward, Lawrence, and Alson BELLEWE, the truith of the premisses is testified by the Subscription of Arthur BELLEWE aforesaid his Son and heir. Taken by me Albon LEVERETT Athlone officer of Armes to be Recordd in the office of the King of Armes of Ireland. Source: Charles T.
