    3. Hallo, I am new to this list and although researched for a good few years, now I have a brick wall in Ireland and I have no experience of research through Irish records and do not know where to start. I would appreciate some help to find the name of the French lady who Hugh Richard CARMICHAEL married between 1830 and 1835 if the dates of his children are anything to go by. He was a Surgeon and after qualifying, started his professional like in the army, based in France where he married (?). He returned to Ireland and made a name for himself in the field of child birth and female diseases. He had 4 children, i) Hugh CARMICHAEL b.1835 Dublin ii) Helen Antoinette Marie CARMICHAEL b.1837 Dublin iii) Marguerite CARMICHAEL b.1840 Dublin iv) Elizabeth Hope CARMICHAEKL b. 1846 Dublin Thank you Gillie1302

    3. Thank you for this information Nivard. I think I will have to send for one of the children's birth certificate when after 1837 do you have any way of locating a reference number for me or can you advise me which is the best site to subscribe to in order to research this information? The 'person with 'bond' in the name is not one of ours - that would be just too easy, I guess. Richard CARMICHAEL was a cousin and I have information on him, thanks for your reply and help. 2. Jeannette Cooke
    3. A query please. I would like to obtain a full marriage certificate for George Randall COOKE and Maria Jane WOLSELEY, who were married in 1838 in the Church of Ireland Parish of St Peters, Dublin. Could someone please tell me what information would be listed on this certificate, eg dob, parents names, etc. Many thanks. Jeannette Cooke Timaru, New Zealand
