    3. Marion I think I may have solved the marriage for you. Firstly I looked at the 1911 and 1901 Census and in both it seems to have recorded that Henry Edward Hall wasn't married and was born in Co.Wicklow, a Master Builder and living in Harrington St.. If this is correct i.e. "your man", then I think you will find he married in his old age in 1912 to Amy Cartan. Both Henry and Amy are in the Civil Registration Details on Familysearch as most likely having married i.e. both having the same registration number as follows: - name: Henry Edward Hall registration district: Dublin North event type: MARRIAGES registration quarter and year: Oct - Dec 1912 estimated birth year: age (at death): mother's maiden name: film number: 101262 volume number: 2 page number: 429 digital folder number: 4199364 image number: 00408 There is always a chance that these two don't match up even though they are as being on the same page in the Index, but well worth ordering a copy of the registration. Fingers crossed that this is your marriage Joyce > > > Sent from Marion's IPad > > On 26/12/2012, at 10:37 PM, "Joyce" <joytun@utvinternet.com> wrote: > Hi Joyce, > Thanks for quick reply, thanks for all the work you do too, and thanks to > Yvonne for all her great work, it was so exciting to find the transcript > about my great uncle, it also made mention of his wife Amy, I can't find > their marriage either > >
