    3. Adriana, Wonderful! My immigrating ancestor, John Geary, was a saddler who may have also made shoes before and after immigrating to Westmoreland Co., PA. Are you, or anyone else, aware of whether the minutes to the Saddler's and Shoemaker's guilds are publicly accessible; and, if if so, how? I would also welcome any mention of texts that discuss the role of guilds in 18th and 19th century Ireland. Thank you!
