Rathcoole is in the County of Dublin however the 'Poor Law Union' of Celbridge is centered on North East Kildare. I have to say that I am a little surprised to hear that Rathcoole is in the PLU of Celbridge, but as we all know, we learn something new every day. Brookfield Buildings, Brookfield Avenue was indeed a Dublin address, unfortunately the directory for the years around that time list then as 76 small houses with rateable valuations between £3 and £9 so individual occupants would not be listed. They should however, show up on the 1911 census which is available from your local / nearest LDS (Mormon) Centre. There is a cluster of the Aspel and Kinsella names in Kildare and Carlow regions so checking with folk on these lists may elicit something Regards Anthony J.
