    2. Anthony, As always you have provided me with useful information. This is the first glimer of hope of finding my great-grandmothers birth place in a long time. She left Ireland around 1875 and even with her birthdate I keep butting my head into this brick wall. I will follow your suggestions and order the 1911 census film and look into the Kildare and Carlow lists. I appreciate your help.
