Just to add to what Debby has so rightly said, I would be more inclined to look in St Catherine's Meath Street as a first option for two reasons, 1 it is nearer Bridgefoot St and 2. it is the oldest R.C. church in the area, and perhaps therefore the most likely to have been attended / popular etc. Re burial grounds until the establishment of Prospect (Glasnevin) the main burial ground for R. Catholics was Goldenbridge which is quite close (relatively speaking) to Bridgefoot St. Goldenbridge burial records are held by Dublin City Council http://www.dublincity.ie/ Regards Anthony J.
