Hi LIst, I too, am a descendent from a KELLY but mine also has used O'KELLY as well. We have granny's birth record as an O'KELLY and her brother's as a KELLY! Nicholas J O'KELLY was married to Norah FOLEY, their daughter born about 1895 married my Anthony McALLISTER at St Andrew's in Westland Row, Dublin in 1924. They used to live in the tenements in Summer Hill, then moved out to Crumlin after the 'new' houses were built. We know they the KELLYs/O'KELLYs lived in York Street/Road when she married but I would assume they were elsewhere during the census taking of both 1911 and 1901. Little is known of my KELLY/O'KELLY ancestry as is my McALLISTER ancestry beyond my grandparents. Regards, Michael McAllister
