Hello It is a bit of a long shot, but does anyone have any of the following in their family trees. My Great Grandfather was born Patrick Joseph Gibbons, 17 April 1881, Templeque, Registered in the district of Tallaght in the union South Dublin,164 98 no 43 Siblings. Sarah Born 10 July 1876, Christine Mary 13 Dec 1873, John Michael Born 23 Sep 1869 Parents John Gibbons & Honora Gorman., Where would I find their marriage details online? He enlisted in the British Army, in Dublin 13th March 1902, and at the time lived at 5 Block Piles Buildings Off Wood Street, DUBLIN. Also, is there a way I can order a copy of the 1901 Dublin Census based on the above address, is it online Sorry so many questions my have just found Great Grandfathers army records, and been able to get an address from that. Many Thanks Robin Beard
>Patrick Joseph Gibbons, 17 April 1881, Templeque, Registered in the >district of Tallaght in the union South Dublin,164 98 no 43.< Hi there. Please have a look at this word again, Templeque. There is no such place, but it might be Templeogue, where I used to live. It's not all that far from Tallaght. You won't find any Irish person's marriage details online, not even the indexes, and I'm sorry to say the census you require is not online either, though it may be by the end of this year. Meantime if you can get to a family history centre of the LDS church you can order in on loan the relevant microfilms, or try the UK's Public Records site for army information http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ I'm sure you've tried the IGI for any information? Good luck with your researches. Debby Raymond, Queensland, Australia
