Od, and that part tenanted by Patk. Ryan quarterly, which comprise one half of said double house, in all 8 apartments, to hold to said Mary Davis for life at rent of £12. 5. 0, and then to revert to his grandson Henry Pentony for years unexpired of the lease. To his daughter-in-law Mary Pentony alias Barrett the other half of the said double house, the lower part occupied by Jas. Kelling, publican, also two houses on the east of said premises, 4 rooms upstairs in the back house called the warehouse, in all 9 apartments, and a coal hole and Spencer's apartment under the warehouse, to hold to her for life during the continuation of the lease, and then to revert to his grandson Michael Pentony. To his daughter Mary Davis 2 small houses at rere of John Hallam, dairyman, J. Breen and Sleator's concerns in Upper Church Street, city of Dublin, for life, and then to revert to his grandsons Michael Pentony and Henry Pentony. To said grandsons half of the profits out of the concerns in Boot Lane, Dublin, which his brother John Pentony and he held under a joint lease from late John Jervis White deceased, on which they spent a large sum in repairs. By agreement 3 March 1798 they agreed that the surviving leasee was to enjoy the whole of the concerns, and one half of the profits arising, the other half to the exors. of the party so dying. Said half profits to said grandsons. To his granddaughter Catherine Hadaway otherwise Pentony a dwelling house and garden adjoining the concerns she occupies on Glasnevin Road. Co. Dublin, for life and then to revert to his said grandsons, share and share alike. To said granddaughter Catherine Hadaway 3 dwelling houses on Glasnevin Road, Co. Dublin, tenanted to different people, in depth from front to rere to Pentony's Lane 37 feet, for life and to her issue, in default to his daughter-in-law Mary Pentony otherwise Barrett as said houses were settled by articles on intermarriage of said granddaughter Catherine with Benjamin Hadaway, of city of Dublin, coach maker, said articles being mislaid. To his grandson Henry Pentony 4 small houses and a yard to each situate in Pentony's Lane, Glasnevin Road, Co. Dublin, during continuation of the lease thereof. To his grandson Michael Pentony a house and garden adjoining the canal. None of his legatees shall sell or mortgage the premises bequeathed. If said grandsons should die without issue if married half property to his or their wives for life, and then to next of kin.
