Diane, Dublin Directories.... 1836 shows a Charles Skellern umbrella and parasol maker at 163 Capel St. and same year George Skellern, 43 Bishop St. No other Skellern. No Skellern bookbinders in trades section 1879. No Skellern at all in the main section 1879.
