Hi Dubliners and Listers ... I need help with what the actual story was about the Gough Statue that was torn down in Dublin. Who was that and is there any family history on him? It is a story that is referenced by my cousins but none of us know the *actual* story. It has been passed down through the family in bits and pieces as something about one of our relatives. None of us, however, have been able to either find the family thread or the full and correct story. Below is what I do know of our Canadian family ... I have more on the descendants. Help would be much appreciated!
