Val, I live in Yarra Glen, East of Melbourne. Perhaps the Victorian State library might have the Dublin directories. I`ve been researching for a number of years now but have steered away from Irish research in Ireland up till now, for obvious reasons,but of course, my family history may remain a little "lop sided" if I don`t at least make an attempt. With names like MAGUIRE, COSTELLO, PHELAN and CANAVAN in my tree, I feel bound to press on and see what I can find.
