As another person who is always doing lookups, I feel for any person willing to do a lookup- and this time it is Valerie, who has done all in her -powers to make her own work load easier, and although I am now quoting from memory, as the mail has been deleted, I feel she asked you to ALL contact her OFF list, which is simple enough to do, you simply click reply and copy and paste Valerie's address in the TO:- and in the Subject line leave the heading DEANS GRANGE LOOKUP. And she would then forward you a mail to fill in the details you required. She also requested that mails not be sent down the list.
