Both of his Parents as deceased and His Occupation as a Sailor.(Father=Patrick FLANAGAN Carpenter, Mother = Mary (Polly O,Brien) FLANAGAN. I fed this Information into the Ancestry data base The first listing on the 1901 English Census Record for Patrick FLANAGAN / Sailor shows up as Name Patrick FLANAGAN Birth abt 1873 Place of Birth North Wall DUBLIN IRELAND Residence 1901 Vessels, DEVON, ENGLAND. Is there a way to confirm this birth Infomation? I am happy to send for a birth certificate if i can locate a ref: No. etc.
