Hi Cara: My ancestor who went to Australia was CHARLES AUGUSTUS KELLY STRINGER. He was born in Co. Westmeath in 1827. His parents were FRANCES STRINGER 1792-1847 & ISABELLA MARIA KELLY 1794-1855. He had a brother, Francis & 3 sisters - Maria Thomasina, Julia Apollonia & Charlotte. He married JULIA SHELDON MULLIGAN 1820-1892 in Co. Down in 1855 & lived at Tassagh in Keady Parish in Co. Armagh.. They immigrated to Australia with their four sons, Francis, Montague, Charles & Joseph in 1866. They settled at Bauple in Queensland. Is any of this familiar? Jennifer
