Dear`Listers, I have located the marriage of Rev Edward Beaty A.B. he married Anne Mothe in Black Rock on a consistory Licence on the 27th September 1783. He was married by Rev E Beaty Curate Assistant My question here is can the Rev Edward Beaty have performed his own wedding service or am I indeed looking for two men and it looks as though they are both Edward's and they both are men of the clergy.
