BARLOW William Thomas of Grenville Street in the City of Dublin Esquire,Proctor of the Courts of Prerogative dat. 4th June 1851 proved 24 Feb 1852. If I die in or near Dublin to be buried in the new cemetery called Mount Jerome at Harolds Cross in the stone grave with my brother John. To my nephew the Rev. Edward William Barlow of Bath the lands of Lackane in the Barony of Castlerahan, Co Cavan, which I purchased from his late father, also the Quit Rent of the Ballyburly Estate in King's County., to which I am entitled as residuary legatee of the will of the late John Wakely Esq. To my friend George Woods Maunsell of Merrion Square barrister and Fetherston H Briscoe of Mountjoy Street and Henry Falls of Dominick Street solicitors, all my estate in Gardiner Street;Abbey Street;Townsend Street;Marys Lane; and Portobello left me by my late Aunt Anne Wakely, to assign same to my borther Robert Barlow or if he die in my life time to his son Robert William John Barlow. My interest in my dwelling in Grenville Street and my houses in Eccles Street and the Lease of Ballybough assigned to me by my late uncle John Wakely Esq., to the said Rev. Edward William Barlow, and to his sisters Anne Barlow and Frances Hoveden 1,000 punds each. To my niece Anne Levinge 500 pounds. To Thomas Copperthwaite and Samuel Copperthwaite and Charles Gasteen of Clonard 100 pounds each. To Robert Davis who lives with my brother Robert 100 pounds. To my servants Mary Baggat 100 pounds,Sarah Woods and Thomas Bedford 50 pounds each and my late servant Rose Woods 50 pounds. To Mr Henry Falls 200 pounds for his son William my Godson. To Miss ELiza Copperthwaite and her sister Mrs Ellen Lee and her niece Miss Susan Brady and to James Lodge of Clonard 19 pounds each. Residue to my brother Robert.
