Hi List I'm with you Nivard, I have been with Ancestry UK/AU for years. They do send a email letting you know it's due again so you have time to cancel or you can ring them. I cancelled the UK/AU one, they did stop on the day, weeks later I wanted to join with the world Ancestry so I rang them on the free phone call to ask questions, have done it with some friends to make it cheaper which was fine with Ancestry. So it was done on the phone. The UK/Au one was with friends too, to make it cheaper. We have the one pass word of cause & logout each time when we have finished, so one of the friends can use when they want to. They are all the time putting more information online. We were also able to do the world Ancestry one when it was on a special at $239.40 au for the year. It was my mistake the girl did it by the month when I wanted by the year, it was cancelled & she changed it to the year. All of this was done on the phone. Jennette Gest Qld Aus
