    3. Fellow Former Countrymen, Is it necessary that the website provide all messages to all recipients? I find this "excessive exposure." Can we customize the site to provide general messages to a general audience, and likewise, specific messages to a specific individual/s? I would appreciate clarity on this, as I am experiencing a level of "overcommunication" on this website. 3. The short answer is no. The list is managed automatically by a standard suite of software on a rootsweb listserver. That's how lists work. There is no way in which such software would be able to distinguish between 'general' and 'specific' messages. You can find out about subscribing to the Digest option where you receive all messages in one package at the list home page http://lists.rootsweb.com/index/intl/IRL/IRL-CORK-CITY.html Regards, Donnacha IRL-CORK-CITY Admin ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mara ConnollyTaft" <jaberwoq@earthlink.net> To: <IRL-CORK-CITY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, April 21, 2002 8:04 PM Subject: Re: [IRL-CORK-CITY] Scraggs Head > Fellow Former Countrymen, > > Is it necessary that the website provide all messages to all recipients?
