    1. Re: [IRL-CORK-CITY] Cork school records availability?
    2. Irish, Cork County, or Cork City directories for that period might have listings of schools and where they are located. If any that seem suitable are still around try writing to see if they have registers for the time period and are willing to do a search. The LDS lists some Irish-Cork directories. The Cork City & County Libraries also have collections of directories and will do lookups, their websites have email addresses. http://www.corkcorp.ie/library.html http://www.library.ie/public/corkco.shtml Tracing your Cork ancestors by McCarthy & Cadogan says that the Representative Church Body Library in Dublin has some school registers, no details as to what counties. The library may have information re protestant or C of I schools in 19th century Cork and where and if the registers are available if not in the library. http://www.ireland.anglican.org/library/libresources.html Perhaps other listers with more experience with Cork records might know of other sources?
