I am searching for the family of John Lawlor (or Lawler), who was better-known by the nickname "Jack". He was originally from County Carlow, was born in about 1880, but was living in the City of Cork, County Cork, Ireland by about 1910. He apparently remained there for the rest of his life, and died in about 1935. He was married and had 4 children: John, Cornelius, Mary & Patrick (all born between about 1902 and 1911). John and Cornelius died as children, but Mary (born December, 1909) and Patrick (born September, 1911) apparently lived into adulthood. He was a member of the Royal Engineers (along with his brother Michael), and family stories indicated that he owned some type of shop or commercial establishment in the City of Cork. Any assistance with this would be most appreciated. Peggy
