Hello out there........ My grandmother, Mary Catherine Deasy, was born in Ahidelake the 21 May 1867. Her parents were Daniel Deasy and Mary Driscoll. I am interested in learning more about the area. I have been to Clonakilty and had an enjoyable time talking to people. At the time I did not know where my grandmother was born so didn't make a drive to Ahidelake.
