Hello Listers, Is anyone researching the surname NIHEN (variety of spellings ... NYHAN)? I have a Daniel NIHEN (c. 1801 - 1871) family who left County Cork for Wales (Aberavon) circa 1850. I can trace him in Wales until his death in 1871. Daniel was married to Nancy (c. 1812 - 1876) or "Ann" (Unknown). Children born to this couple were Cornelius (1833), Johanna (1834), William (1835), Ellen (1837), and John (1843). I would like to learn where in Ireland Daniel and family lived.
