There are a million + Kellys and you will need every clue you can get. I would start with the LDS site familysearch.org They have incorporated about 10 years of civil birth registrations from about 1865 to 1875, and there are also donations to the site that might be exactly who you are searching for. many times I have surprised myself by finding a family already "done." But not often enough. (smile). Your LDS Family History Center can be helpful as they have films and indexes of many irish civil and parish records.
