I have Leary's in my family also but your info does not match. John Leary born in 1808 married to Mary Margaret Boughan Children Patrick b 1833, Michael b. 1834, Margaret 1836, John 1839 and Mary b 1842. Mary married Timothy Hayes 1860 in Rathbarry. There are so many Leary/OLeary families in that area. I had someone search the church records in the National Library. Your information is too early for civil registration.
