Bohen is an unusual spelling. I do not recall seeing it before. I assume it a variant of Bowen. This name is long established in Tisaxon near Kinsale. In the 1880's 2 sibling Bowen's married 2 sibling Allen's from near Newcestown. Bohane is another variant. These Bowens seem to me to be of Irish Gaelic origin and not from Wales where the name is commonly found (Ap Owen/Bowen - son of Owen) Somehow I think you may not be able to locate cemetery records. I doubt if they were ever kept in that time.
