Thanks Bill Fahy for your research. I have some of that data as I visited Ireland in 1980 . My sister and I had hoped to visit again but age and aches are preventing it. I have a web site http://www.design-cllients.com/geneweb put together by my daughter from my PAF file. My brick wall is my great grandfather, Richard Chambers, probably born before 1850. Accordilng to legend, he died young and left two children, Charles and Richard. His wife was Mary Tyner, but I think Tyner was her name from a second marriage as Charles had half-brothers named Tyner Rose Roberts
Hi Rose, Charles Anthony was born 1856, his father Richard must have been born c 1830. There is no death record for him 1864 on, he must have died late twenties, early thirties. I have picked up a Richard Chambers aged 26, born Dunmanway arriving in New York March 1911 he was visiting his cousin C J Chambers in "Winthsop" ? New York Lawrence County is typed in after, may be related? Brendan ----- "Roselma Roberts" <[email protected]> wrote: > Thanks Bill Fahy for your research.
