Hi Virginia - I have several death certificates for this period and they include: Date and place of death; Name and Surname; Sex; Condition [marital]; Age last birthday; Rank, Profession or Occupation; Certified Cause of Death and Duration of Illness; Signature, Qualification and Residence of Informant; When Registered; Signature of Registrar. My dates range from 1866 into the 1900s. Hope this helps.
