I have been the list admin for many a year, and have been less engaged in my genealogy at the moment, and not done much encouragement on list for quite a period. The back-end stuff is easy, and not time-consuming, though in reflection, I think that I should see if there was someone interested in taking on the role and creating a more engaging list community.
