Did find a Richard Leader CONNELL who's parents were Richard Leader CONNELL and Ann, he was born abt 1817 at St Mary Cove, County Cork. so he's possible the sibling of my David Germain CONNELL born 1811 Cork. But this is all I have manage to find.
