There is Mevagh the Civil Parish associated with Rosguill Peninsula see the URL http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~bhilchey/MMevagh.html You have not mentioned Edward Boyle's religion. Parish records began Roman Catholic (Mevagh 1871) Church of Ireland (Mevagh 1846) and Presbyterian (Carrigart 1844 ) Liam "A bird in the bush is worth two in the Cat" ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter & Christine Stones" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, April 04, 2004 6:26 AM Subject: [DONEGAL] Rossgall > could s.k.s. please tell me where Rossgall is. i have g.g.Edward Boyle registered as being born there in 1828. are there any parish batch no's i can conect to. regards Peter > > > ==== IRL-CO-DONEGAL Mailing List ==== > This list is for anyone researching ancestors in County Donegal Ireland. Dear Peter Re: 2 of there sons became (RC) priests in Sydney Australia. relatives now spread from Ireland, England, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. regards Peter. Those Oz priests must have started the new trend in the church. The URL http://www.gmts.co.uk/trivia.htm tells all about Daniel Boyle in Manchester.
