Could anyone tell me if there is/was such a place as Sallemboough in Donegal in the early 1800's. Many thanks for any help, trying to find any info on my ggmother Ellen Ferry, daughter of Michael and Honora,of Donegal, born approx 1843, came to Australia, worked as a servant ( possibly came out through the Irish Famine Relief),married in New South Wales in 1863.
