For Carol Deckers: I have a bit of info about a John Broadley, but, as with others that I just read in the Digest version of the list, it's definately not in the time frame you're looking for. But, in the event that you do locate an earlier generation of the branch that you're looking for, this might possibly be of help, too. I hope so...I always more or less leave no stone unturned...no telling what's underneath any of them! Here's what I do have: My ancestor, George FAIRBANK I, b ca 1528 @ Halifax, Yorkshire, England, marr. twice and I've found nothing that tell me which marriage was his first. One marriage was to Sibell/Sybell WADE/WAD. She died 21 May 1573, in childbirth. Apparently she was buried the same day, in Halifax, England. George Fairbank's other wife was Jenet/Janet/Johanna Maud BRODLYE/BROADLEY, the widow of John BROADLEY, when she marr Geaorge Fairbank. I really hope that this will be of help to you somewhere down the road. Good luck! Barbara in MO (but originally from NYC)
