Hi Folks, Lookingfor a little help and advice - I have Norton running all the time and updayed weekly. In the past few days I have had three messages from http://www.co.uk the wording as follows:- 1&2. "Some of our clients complained about the spam outgoing from your e-mail account. Probably, you have been infected by a proxy -relay trojan server. In order to keep your computer safe, follow the instructions." and there is an attachment. 3. "Your e-mail account will be disabled because of improper using in next three days. If you are still wishing to use it please resign your account information." there is also an attachment. In all cases the message tells me to get details from the attached file but I am wary of the attachment in case it is a virus. Can anybody tell me what to do, I tried replying but the e-mail was returned as it said the first message was created automatically, I don't want my account disabled and I don't want to open the attachment for fear of it being a virus. I ran Norton last night and it didn't find any viruses. Beth
